We process orders immediately, but please email firstname.lastname@example.org as soon as possible and we'll do our absolute best to help. If your order has already been shipped by the time we receive your request, then unfortunately we can no longer cancel or change the order.
Once we receive your refund request, we’ll process your return as quickly as we can, but it may take an additional 3-10 business days for the refund to show up on your original form of payment.
We love our products and hope you do too! But if for some reason you don’t feel the same way, you may return the products within 30 days of shipment. Please email email@example.com to process the return. Unfortunately, we cannot accept returns after this window.
Standard shipping in the continental US typically takes 3-7 business days. Once we assign a shipping label to your purchase, a confirmation email with tracking information will be sent. Orders to Puerto Rico typically takes 8-12 business days.
We offer free standard shipping on orders of $50 or more. For orders within the continental US and under $50, a shipping fee of $4.99 will be applied. For orders to Alaska, Hawaii, and Puerto Rico, a $9.99 fee will be applied to orders under $50.
